How can I track my order?
When your order or a product in your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking code. You can track your order using that code on our site on the Track My Order page or, again from the same page, log in using the email with which you sent the order and the order code in the format #XXXX (for example, #1000 ).
You can reach the page simply by clicking on the order code in the shipping email or on your KameHub profile page.
Can I cancel my order?
The order can be cancelled, except in the case in which it has already been processed, within 48 hours from the moment the order is sent. After this period or in the case of shipping, a return will be necessary.
How long does it take to process an order?
Order processing can take from 48 hours to 10 days from the time of sending. Typically all products are processed within 5 days.
Processing takes place from Monday to Friday, excluding any holidays. Some factors that could cause delays in processing due to:
- Holiday
- Special events (e.g. Black Friday)
- Strikes

Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping is free for Italy (including the Vatican State and San Marino) and selected states in the US.
For orders within the European Union, Great Britain and Switzerland, shipping costs starting from €6.99 per order. For orders of €119.95 or above, shipping is free.
Some countries may have a higher shipping cost or different limits.
How long will the product take to be delivered?
Delivery times vary depending on the product as they may be in different warehouses. The delivery time is indicated in the dedicated section of each product page.
The time indicated is approximated upwards. Unless there are delays, the goods are delivered within the number of days indicated.
Are the indicated delivery times guaranteed?
No, we are unable to guarantee delivery within the indicated limits. Although many orders arrive within the times indicated, it is possible that in particular periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas, other holiday periods) orders may be delayed due to factors that do not depend on us.
I've received a failed delivery attempt notification but I was at home all the time
It may happen that couriers, if they are unable to make a delivery on the same day, report an attempted delivery. Don't panic, in most cases the package is delivered in the immediately following days.
I received the delivery confirmation email a few days after the actual delivery. Is this normal?
Yes, we rely on third-party companies that allow us to monitor shipments and sometimes the system takes a few days to detect the delivery.
Which courier does the package travel with?
We operate in different states and continents. To offer our services we use different couriers and sometimes the couriers themselves entrust the parcels to their partners. We are therefore not always able to know the courier who will deliver the order.
What is your Refund & Exchange Policy?
